House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 5 and 7 of
Art. 10, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Attach-
ments," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Also,

House bill entitled an Act to give the sanction of the Gen-
eral Assembly to the provisions of the last will and testa-
ment of Rachel Heck, of Allegany county, by which the res-
idue of her estate was devised to be equally divided between
the Board of Domestic Missions of the Presbyterian Church
in the United States, and the Board of Publication of saids
Church.

Which were read the second time.

Mr. Humphreys, from the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings, reported favorably.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 16 of Art. 29,
of the Coce of Public General Laws, enacted by ch. 320 of
the Acts of 1874, and to amend and re-enact the same.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Dennis, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the Sections of Public
Local Laws of Art. 1, from 107 to 141, both inclusive, in rela-
tion to the National Road, lying within the limits of Allegany
and Garrett counties, and to constitute such parts of the
same as lies within the limits of said counties respectively,
public roads of said county, and to enact the following in lieu
thereof.

Also,

Senate bill entitled an Act to confer additional power upon
the County Commissioners of Garrett county, by adding the
following Section to ch. 212, passed January Session, 1872.

Also,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal ch. 56 of the Acts of
1868, entitled an Act to add additional Sections to Art. 30,
of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to Crimes and
Punishments, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Also,

Senate bill entitled an Act to appoint a commission of three
persons to meet a like number of persons appointed by the
State of West Virginia, to settle and adjust the Boandary
Line between Preston county, West Virginia, and Garrett
county, Maryland.
