delotte, Dennis and Humphreys.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 36 and 37 of
Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Mont-
gomery county," sub-title "Jurors," and re-enact the same
with amendments.

Which was the first time and referred to Messrs. Brewer,
Lee and Knight.

House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of the
Parkton and Manchester Railroad Company by providing
that Juries selected to condemn private property for the loca-
tion the Parkton and Manchester Railroad, shall take into
consideration benefits to be derived by owners of property, so

condemned, as well as damages.

Which was read the first time and referred to to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

House bill entitled an Act to amend Section 2 of chapter
477 of the Acts of 1870, under the head of Prince George's

county, by adding the name of Elizabeth Ryon, widow of
Thomas Ryon, in the place ot' Mrs. Prior, the widow of
Thomas Prior, which is an error in the engrossment of said
Act.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings

House bill entitled an Act, making appropriations for the
support of the State Government for the year ending the 31st
of December, 1876.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Finance.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the residents of
White Marsh Parish, in Talbot county, to make St. Pauls
their Parish Church.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Lloyd, Walsh and Lee.

Also, returned,

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend Article 29 of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Courts," sub-title
"Court of Appeals," by adding to said title and sub-title an
additional Section.

Endorsed : "Reported unfavorably from the Committee on
the Judiciary, and report adopted."
