Senate bill entitled an Act supplementary to an act, to
designate the Arbitrators to ascertain and fix the boundary
line between the States of Virginia and Maryland, approved
April 11th, 1874.

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows :

AFFIRMATIVE.
Messrs. President, Getty,

Aydelotte, Humphreys,
Bannon, Knight,
Brewer, Lee,
Cooper, Lawrence,
Duke, Lloyd,
Dennis. McCulloh,
Freeman, Phelps,
Ford, Stevens—18.

NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 7, of an Act
entitled an Act to add certain Sections relating to the Su-
perior Court of Baltimore city, and the Court of Common
Pleas in Baltimore city, to the 4th Article of the Public
Local Laws, regulating the return of process, and the taking
of judgments in said Courts passed at the General Assembly
of Maryland, at the January Session, 1874, chapter 6, and
to re-enact the same with amendments,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.

Bannon, Lee,
Brewer, Lawrence,
Cooper, Lloyd,

Senate bill entitled an Act relating to Justices of the Peace
in and for Garrett county,
Being upon its third reading,

On motion by Mr. Lee,
Was recommitted to the Select Committee.
Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the Constitution of
the "Henry Watson Children's Aid Society," of Baltimore,
as the same was enacted by Act of 1872, chapter 114,
