On motion by Mr. Steiner,
The vote by which said bill was passed,
Was reconsidered, and

On motion by Mr. Steiner,

The vote by which the amendment heretofore submitted by
Mr. Walsh was adopted,
Was reconsidered.

The question recurring upoa the adoption of the amend-

BY THE SENATE,

March 1st, 1876.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We have received your message asking the Senate to re-
cede from its amendment to House bill No. 76, relating to
"Licenses," as far as Harford county is concerned. We re-
spectfully return you the bill as passed originally by the
House, without any amendment annexed. The Senate have
reconsidered and receded from the amendment adopted yes-
terday.
