Election District in Frederick county, out of a portion of
Frederick District No. 2, and Creagerstown District No. 4,
to be called Lewistown District, or Election District No. 19.
Which was read the first time.

Mr. Stevens from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably.

Senate bill entitled an Act to enable Frances S. McDonald
and Mary Jay Frankland, of England, to take and hold cer-
tain lands lying in Charles county, Maryland, which were
held by Frederick Dawson, late of said State, in trust for
certain parties in said Act named.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Freeman, from the Select Committee, reported favora-
bly,

House bill entitled an Aet to repeal Section 55 to 64 inclu-
sive, of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore county, entitled
"Collector," and Sections 78 to 90 inclusive, entitled "Trea-
surer," and enact the following, entitled "Treasurer and
Collector," in lieu thereof.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Bannon, from the Select Committee, reported favora-

bly,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact Section
79, and sub-section 2, of Article 2, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County, sub-title "County
Commissioners," as amended and re-enacted bv chapter 485,
of the Acts of 1874.

Which was read the first time.

Senate bill entitled an Act supplementary to an act, to
designate the Arbitrators to ascertain and fix the boundary
between the States of Virginia and Maryland, approved
April 11th, 1874.

Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 4, of an Act
passed at January Session, 1862, chapter 104, entitled "an
Act to incorporate a Company for the establishment of a
Public Cemetery in Kent county, and within a mile of the
exterior limits of Chestertown," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chanter 509, of the
Acts of 1874, entitled "an Act to provide for maintaining
and keeping in repair the Public Roads in Anne Arundel
