Senate bill entitled an Act to add certain additional Sec-
tions to Article 75, of the Code- of Public General Laws,
title "Pleading, Practice and Process," sub-title "Process,"
providing for a service of a writ of summons, or of subpoena
upon a defendant or defendants, being or residing without
the limits of the State of Maryland in certain cases,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:

House bill entitled an Act for the protection of partridges
and rabbits, and to prevent trespassing with dog or gun on
private property, in Kent and Queen Anne's county,

Being upon its third reading,

Mr. Lloyd submitted the following amendment:

Amend by inserting "Talbot county."

Which was adopted.

Said bill was then read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays as follows, with proposed amendments:
