clusive, of the Public Local Local Laws of Baltimore county,
entitled "Collector," and Sections 78 to 90, inclusive, enti-
tled "Treasurer," and enact the following entitled "Treas-
urer and Collector" in lieu thereof.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Free-
man, Duke and Newcomer.

Also,

House bill entitled an Act to approve an Act, passed Jan-
uary Session, 1874, chapter 93, requiring the County Com-
missioners of Dorchester county, to subscribe to the capital
stock of the Cambridge and Chesapeake Railroad Company.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Phelps, Aydelotte and Cooper.

Also,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 9, of Article
28, of the Code of Public General Laws relating to the pub-
lication of county expenses, so far as the same relates to Dor-
chester county, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

House bill entitled an Act to authorise the County Com-
missioners of Harford county, to divide any of the Election

Senate bill entitled an Aet to permit the shooting of wild
fowl from sink boxes in the waters of Talbot county.

cuit Court for Frederick county, to transcribe two equity
dockets of the Circuit Court for said county.
