NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.
The hour of two o'clock having arrived, the President an-
nounced the order of the day to be the,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sec. 145, of the Act
of 1874, chap. 483. title ''Revenue and Taxes," and to re-
enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

On motion by Mr. Stevens,

The Senate at 2.5 P. M. went into Executive Session.
At 2.25 P. M.

The Senate resumed the consideration of Legislative Busi-
ness.
When,

On motion by Mr. Duke,
The Senate adjourned until Monday next at 12 M.

MONDAY, February 28tb, 1876.

Senate met at 12 M.

Prayer by Rev. Father Schwartz.

Present at roll call the following Senators:

Messrs. President, Aydelotte, Bannon, Brewer, Cooper.
Duke, Dennis, Freeman, Ford, Getty, Gorman, Joyce,
