State for county and municipal purposes, and to repeal all
laws or parts of laws inconsistent with the provisions of this
Act.

Being upon its third reading,

Mr. Gorman submitted the following:

Strike out of the amendment heretofore adopted, the words
"a navigable," and make "stream" read "streams."

Which was adopted.

Said was then read the third time, and passed by yeas and

nays as follows, with proposed amendments:

Grand Division of the State of Maryland of the Order of the
Sons of Temperance, passed at December Session 1845, chap-
ter 159.

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows :
