Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chap. 199, of the Acts
passed January Session, 1874, entitled an Act to authorize
the construction of fireproof vaults in the Court-house, in
Easton, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Senate bill entitled an Act to preserve and define the har-
bor at Salisbury, and the channel of Wicomico River, in
Wicomico county.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 81, of Article
14, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Kent Coun-
ty," sub-title "County Commissioners," and to amend and
re-enact the same with amendments, and to add a sub-sec-
tion thereto, and to provide for the appointment of two
County Commissioners by the Governor, to serve until the
next general election.

Mr. Ford, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 76, of the
Acts of the General Assembly, passed at the January Ses-
sion, 1874, entitled an Act to locate the county seat of Gar-
rett county.
