At 2.25 P. M., Mr. Stevens moved a call of the Senate.

The Sergeant-at-Arms was directed to inform absent Sen-
ators that their presence was required in the Senate Chamber.

On motion of Mr. Stevens,

Further proceedings under the call were dispensed with.

Mr. Steiner moved to amend the amendment as follows:
Add "and City Council," and add at the end of same sec-
tion, "and who shall serve the same without any fee."
Which was adopted.
