side, true copies of all accounts rendered to and settled with
the Comptroller of the Treasury, from the 10th day of Feb-
ruary 1874, to the 30th day of September 1874, inclusive,
and also for the Fiscal year commencing 1st of October 1874,
and ending 30th September 1875, inclusive.

Hepbron, Getty, Cooper, Newcomer.

Committee on the Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.-—
