The vote by which the Senate bill entitled an Act to re-
peal an Act to add new Sections to Article 51, of the Code of
Public General Laws, entitled "Justices of the Peace,"rela-
ting to the liens of executions issued by Justices of the Peace,
passed March 30th, 1868, chapter 443, and to re-enact the
same with amendments, was passed,

Was reconsidered,

When,
On motion by Mr. Bannon,

Said bill was re-committed to the Committee on Judicial
Proceedings.

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money
for the purpose of making repairs and additions to the furni-
ture of the Executive Mansion,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments Sections 2, 3, 4, 7, 10, 17, 18, 22 and 23, of the
Acts of 1872, chapter 378, entitled an Act to incorporate the
National Railroad Company, of Maryland.

Being upon its second reading,
On motion by Mr. Bannon,

Was ordered to lie over in order to be printed.

Senate bill entitled an Act for the protection of hotel and
boarding-house keepers, and to add a new Article to the Code
of Public General Laws, to be entitled "Hotel and Boarding-
House Keepers,"

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Senate hill entitled an Act to incorporate the Maryland
State Grange of the Patrons of Husbandry,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The hour of 1 o'clock having arrived, the President an-
nounced the order of the day to be the

Senate bill entitled an Act to add certain Sections to Ar-
ticle 81, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Revenue
and Taxes," providing for the Assessment of Property here-
tofore or hereafter omitted to be assessed, and for the collec-
tion of State Taxes payable thereon.
