Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates,
House bill entitled an Act to release to Mortimer C. Grif-
fith Philemon G. Griffith, Mary R. Dorsey and Emeline C.
Orme, children of Philemon Griffith, deceased, all the rights
and interest of the State of Maryland, in and to a bequest
of two thousand dollars, made by the will of said deceased,
to his wife, Ann Griffith, who died before her husband,
without heirs,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
follows :

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and deliver

The House of Delegates has received and read the message
of year Honorable Body, asking that the Standing Com-
mittee, of the two Houses on Education may hereafter meet
im joint session, and respectfully concur in the same.
