On motion by Mr Steiner,

The Senate advised and consented to the appointment ot
John T. Worthington, Henry A. Peddicord and H. W. Dor-
sey Waters as Assessors for the 4th district, Thomas Jones
of the 5th district, and Joseph A. Gernand and Anthony S.
McBride of the 6th district of Frederick county.
