1046 EXECUTIVE PROCEEDINGS

THURSDAY, February 10, 1876.

The following communications, which were received from
his Excellency, Governor Carroll, by the hands of Hon.
Richard C. Hollyday, were read :

Gentlemen of the Senate of Maryland :

I have the honor to nominate Gustavus W. Crapster as
Justice of the Peace for the 7th district of Carroll county,
vice Henry McAtee, deceased.

The Senate advised and consented to the aforegoing ap-
pointment.
