On motion of Mr. Fenton,
Leave was granted to Messrs. Fenton, Chaisty and Lewis to
introduce a bill to repeal an Act entitled an Act to add aN ad-
ditional Section to Article 4, Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore."
On motion of Mr. Gunby,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled an Act for the regulation of Physi-
cians' fees against the estates of deceased persons in this State,
for services immediately preceding deaths of deceased.
On motion of Mr. Rutledge,
Leave was granted to the Harford delegation to introduce
a bill to authorize the County Commissioners of Harford coun-
ty, to levy the sum of $100, for the support of Mary Ann Hop-
kins, an indigent and demented woman.
On motion of Mr. Gordy,
Leave was granted to the Wicomico and Worcester dele-
gations to introduce a bill to permit the qualified voters of
New Ark, Berlin and St. Martin's Election District of Wor-
cester county, to determine by ballot, whether or not the said
districts shall be joined to, and become a part of Wicomico
county.
On motion of Mr. Cockey,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and Means
to introduce a bill to release J. Os. Raisin, of Queen Anne's
county, from the payment of recognizance.
On motion of Mr. Lancaster,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to make a breach of trust a personal offence...
On motion of Mr. Foid,
Leave was granted to the Somerset delegation to report a
bill to allow Benjamin Lankford to erect a gate across the
county road, between ttie farm formerly belonging to Wil-
liam C. Ball, and the farm formerly belonging to James
Whittington, and now belonging to said Lanktord, leading
down to Gunby's Creek, in Somerset county.
The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following mes-
sage:

Annapolis, March 15th, 1876
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:
We have received your message asking the return to your
Honorable Body of the Senate bill entitled "an Act to pre-
