Mr. Brown submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Strike out all after word "ordered" and insert: "Thai
after Monday next, no local bills shall be considered dur-
ing the day sessions, and that the evening sessions be de-
voted to the consideration of local and general bills in their
regular turn, as has been the custom, under the call of
counties,"
