ciary, reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal'Sectien 43 of Article 61, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Mechanics Lien,"
and to re-enact the said Section with amendments.
Which was read a first time.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 1 of the Act of
January Session, 1874, chapter 245, entitled an Act tore-
move all gates from the Public Roads in Prince George's
county, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
