The bill entitled an Act to prevent the sale of spirituous
or fermented liquors within a distance of two and a-half
miles from the fair grounds of the Kent County Agricultural
Society on the! days of the annual exhibitions of said society,
and to give said society full power to appoint a special police
during said exhibition.

Mr. Hooper, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 193, of Article 3,
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore county, sub-
title "Sheriff," passed January Session, 1874, chapter 409,
and to re-enact the same so as to read as follows.

Mr. Donaldson, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
The bill entitled an Act for the benefit of Lawson Riddle,
Nicholas Harding and Hazel Hobbs, of Howard county.

sion, 1860, chapter 265, entitled an Act to incorporate the

Linwood Turnpike Company of Carroll county, Maryland.

Stock Company of Baltimore city.

Mr. Smith, of Baltimore county, Chairman of a Select
Committee, reported favorably,
The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Baltimore county, to pay Samuel R. Griffith his
per diem, as Judge of the Orphans' Court of said county,
during his absence from the sessions of said Court on account
of sickness.
