Commissioners of Frederick county, to issue additional bonds
for the payment of expenses incurred, and to be incurred, in
erecting a new jail for Frederick county, and to collect taxes
for the payment of such bonds, and the interest thereon,

The House bill entitled an Act granting the sanction of
the General Assembly of Maryland, to the bequest in the
last will and testament of Christian Schiller, late of Wash-
ington county, deceased, to the Deacons of the Tunker or
Baptist Church at the Broad Fording, in said county,
