Mr. Albaugh presented the petition of J. D. Bubert &
Son, and 150 other merchants apd traders in Baltimore city,
in favor of the modification of chap. 414, Acts of 1872, pro-
hibiting sale of Drugs, &c.
Which was read, and referred to the Committee on the
Judiciary.
Mr. Koons presented the petition of Geo. H. Clem, and
100 others, praying the Legislature to pass an Act, repeal-
ing the Act of 1874, chap. 285, one of the Local Laws of
Frederick county, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Which was read, and referred to the Frederick delega-
tion.
Mr. Lewis presented the petition of Davis & Miller, Can-
by, Gilpin & Co., and other wholesale druggists, of Balti-
more city, in favor of the modification of the Act of 1872-
restricting the sale of Drugs. &c.
Which was read, and referred to the Committee on the
Judiciary.
Mr. McGlone presented the petition of Humrichouse Baylis,
& Co., and 160 other Merchants and Traders of Baltimore
city, in favor of the modification of the Act of 1872, restrain-
ing the sale of Drugs, &c.
Which was read, and referred to the Committee on the
Judiciary.
Mr. Berkemeier presented the petition of James Webb,
& Co., J. C. Wheeler and 150 other Merchant and Traders
of Baltimore city, in favor of the modification of the Act of
1872, restricting the sale of Drugs &c.
Which was read, and referred to the Committee on the
Judiciary.
Mr. Naill presented the memorial of L. H. Moberly,
Goodfrey Koontz, Jonathan Tyson, and 588 other Citizens
of Frederick county, praying for the repeal of the Act of the
General Assembly of 1874, chapter 349, empowering the
Grand Jury of said county to recommend persons to whom
licenses for the sale of liquors shall be granted.
Which was read, and referred to the Frederick delegation.
Mr. Purnell presented the petition of the County Commis-
sioners of Worcester county, to increase the pay of the County
Commissioners of all the counties, to $4.00 per day and mile-
age.
