The House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 2 of the Act
of 1872, chapter 313, entitled an Act to protect the owners
of land on the waters of Queen Anne's and Kent counties,
and to re-enact the same with amendments,
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also, delivered,
The House bill entitled an Act to give the sanction of the
General Assembly of Maryland, to the provisions of the last
will and testament of Rachel Herch, of Allegany county, by
which the residue of her estate was divided, to be equally
divided between the Board of Domestic Missions of the
Presbyterian Church, in the United States of America, and
the Board of Publication of said Church.
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

The House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Liberty and
New Windsor Turnpike Road Company, in Frederick and
Carroll counties, to issue its bonds to aid in the construction
of its road, and to secure the same by mortgage.

to pay John J. Abbott, late Collector of State Taxes in Car-

Justice of the Peace for the State of Maryland, in and for
Somerset county, and in the Eighth District thereof,

District of St. Mary's county.
Which was read a first time and referred to Messrs. Mat-
tingly, Dunbar and Neal.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to lay out and establish a
new Election District in Frederick county, out of portions of
Frederick District No. 2, and Creagerstown District No. 4,
called ''Lewistown District, or Election District No. 19."
