entitled "Somerset County," under sub-title "Retailers."
Endorsed, "Read a third time and rejected for want of a
Constitutional majority."

The House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sects. 1 and 2, chap-
ter 401, an Act passed January Session, 1874, entitled an
Act to repeal certain Sections therein enumerated, of Article
4, of the Code of Public Local Laws and supplements there-
to, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Court," substituting
others in lieu thereof, and to re-enact the same so as to read
as follows:
