Mr. Hinks proposed the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED .
Amend by adding to Section 10, "provided that nothing
herein contained shall be construed so as to make the State
of Maryland, in any manner, liable for said tobacco on ac-
count of any loss, accident or damage to said tobacco while
in said warehouses, nor shall the State be in any manner
liable therefor."
