A bill entitled an Act to protect oysters, clams, terrapins
and fish in Sinepuxent bay and its tributaries in Worcester
county, and to repeal certain Acts inconsistent herewith.
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to require the Commissioners of
Prince George's county, to pay annually to the Commission-
ers of the Village of Bladensburg, the amount of the road
tax levied or taxed upon property within the limits of said
county.
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
On motion of Mr. Fenton,
Ordered, That no gentlemen whose county has been
passed in reading bills, shall be entitled to a motion to ad-
journ at Night Sessions.
Which was laid on the table.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 10, of chapter 505
of the Incorporation Act, passed January Session, 1874, and
to enact the following in lieu thereof.

sioners of Cecil county, to refund certain indebtedness of the
Board of County School Commissioners of Cecil county, by
issuing bonds therefor, and to levy a tax for the payment of
the same.
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4, of
the Act of January Session, 1872, chapter 436, entitled an
Act to regulate the payment of State's Attorney for Prince
George's county.
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
