the City of Cumberland, by repealing Sections 22, &c.,
passed at the January Session of the General Assembly of
Maryland, 1874, chapter 110, also to repeal Section 52 of
Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
Allegany county," sub-title "Cumberland," and re-enact
the same with amendments.
