The bill entitled an Act entitled a further supplement to
an Act to incorporate the Broadway and Locust Point Steam
Ferry Company, of Maryland, and to grant on certain condi-
tion the right to use the wharf known as the "County
Wharf."
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
Mr. Scott, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported a
bill entitled an Act to add additional Sections to Article 21,
ot the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Washington Coun-
ty," sub-title "County Commissioners," to be known as Sec-
tions 87 A, 87 B, 87 C, 87 D, S7 E, 87 F, 87 G, 87 H, 87 I,
87 J, 87 K, 87 L, 87 M, 8T N, 87 O, 87 Q, 87 R, 87 S, 87 T,
which was substituted for House bill No. 171.
Said bill being on its second reading,
Mr. Vandiver proposed the following amendment:

Amend by striking out the "Enacting Clause."

grossed for a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 79, Sub-Section
2, of Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Anne Arundel County," sub-title "County Commission-
ers," as repealed, amended, re-enacted and added by chapter
485, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at the January Session, 1874, and to amend and re-
enact said Section 79, and Sub-Section 2,
