The bill entitled an Act to authorise the Commissioners of
Oxford, in Talbot county, to convey to the Board of County
School Commissioners of Talbot county, a portion of a vacant
public lot in the town of Oxford, for the purpose of erecting
thereon a public school house,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to authoriza and empower
the State's Attorney for Dorchester and Caroline counties, to
stet certain cases on the dockets of the Circuit Courts for
said counties, respectively,
