Said bill was then returned to the Senate.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 63 to 77 inclu-
sive, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore county,
Article 3, entitled "County Commissioners," and to enact
the following in lieu thereof,
Was considered, and
Mr. Whitelock submitted an amendment therefor, a bill en-
titled an Act to repeal Section sixty-three to seventy-seven in-
clusive, of the Code Public Local Laws of Baltimore county,
Article three, and the laws of Maryland for 1872, chap. 371,
as far as the same relates to Baltimore county.
The question being on the adoption of the substitute,
It was adopted.
On motion of Mr. Hooper,
The said bill and amendment was recommitted to the Bal-
timore county delegation.
The bill entitled an Act to provide for maintaining and
keeping in repair the public road in Dorchester county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 44, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, entitled "Prince George's county," un-
der the title of "Collections," enacted by the Act of 1872,
chapter 294, and to re-enact the same with amendments,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows :
