Mr. Clark moved to reconsider the vote by which the order
was adopted yesterday afternoon, ordering 10,000 copies of
MT. Donaldson's speech on the Baltimore & Ohio R. R., to
be printed outside of the contract.
Mr. Hoblitzell moved to lay the matter on the table.
The question being on the adoption of this motion,

The question recurring on the motion to reconsider, it was
adopted.
Mr. Clark submitted the following order:
Ordered, That the Printing Committee of this House be
authorized to ascertain the cost of printing ten thousand
copies of Mr. Donaldson's speech, and report the same to this
House without delay.
Mr. Hodges proposed the following amendment-
Ordered, That the State Printer print 10,000 copies of Mr.
Donaldson's speech, and be paid therefor the sum of $500.
