On motion of Mr. Fenton,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary, to
introduce a bill to repeal, amend and re-enact the Act ap-
proved March 3rd, 1874 entitled Attachments.
On motion of Mr. Hoblitzell,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore City Delegation, to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to empower the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore, to purchase, lease or condemn
lands for Public Parks or Squares within the limits of Balti-
more city.
On motion of Mr. McGlone,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary, to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to add additional Section to
Article 37, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "evi-
dence," to be known as Section 6, A.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary, to
introduce an Act to add an additional section to Article 37
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Evidence," to
bo known as Section 6, B.
On motion of Mr. Baldwin,
Leave wan granted to the Baltimore County Delegation, to
introduce a bill entitled an Act providing for the repeal of
Sections 63 to 77 inclusive, of the Public Local Laws of Bal-
timore county, entitled "County Commissioners," and to
enact after provisions in lieu thereof.
On motion of Mr. Coburn,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations, to
introduce a bill for the incorporation of the Grand Lodge of
the United States of the Independent Order of Odd-Fellows.
On motion of Mr. Hess,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations, to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal Section four of the
Act of 1860, chapter 274, entitled an Act to Incorporate the
Baltimore and Liberty Turnpike Company, and to enact a
substitute therefore.
