A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Register of Wills
for Harford county, to continue the index or key to guardian
accounts in his office, from 1845 to the present time, and
continue the same thereafter, and to authorize the County
Commissioners to provide compensation therefor,
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

A bill entitled an Act to require the sale of seats in thea-
tres, concert or lecture halls, and other places of public
entertainments,
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Maryland Tubing
Transportation Company,
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commission-
ers of Allegany county to levy a tax on dogs, in said county.
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to add an additional Section to
Article 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Washington County," sub-title "Hagerstown" to be known
as Section 243 A.,
Being on its third reading,
The following was offered by unanimous consent,) as a
substitute therefor:
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 136, of chapter 422,
passed at the January Session of 1872, entitled an Act to re-
peal Sections 112 to 143 inclusive, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled "Washington County,"and sub-title "Hagers-
town, &c.," and substitute a Section therefor...
On motion of Mr; Smith, Speaker,
The whole matter was recommitted to the Washington
county delegation.
The bill entitled an Act to giye the asseat of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the several bequests in the will of
Rezin Hammond, late of Anne Arundel county, deceased, to
