A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 786, of Article 4,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to Baltimore city,
sub-title "Orphans' Court," and to re-enact the same with
amendment, and to add a new Section thereto, to be known
as Section 786 A.,

Mr. Onley, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to protect oysters, clams, terrapins
and fish in Synepuxent Bay and its tributaries, in Worcester
county, and to repeal certain Acts inconsistent therewith.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 44, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled "Prince George's County," lin-
der the title of "Collectors,'"enacted by the Act of 1872,
chapter 294, and to re-enact the same with amendments, and
to add additional Sections thereto,

for, a third reading.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commission-
ers of Frederick c6unty to issue additional bonds for the
payment of expenses incurred, and to be incurred, ia erect-
ing a new jail in Frederick county, add collect taxes for the
payment of such bonds and the interest thereon,

for a third reading.
