Mr. Boyle proposed the following amendments:

Strike out "seven" in first Section, and insert "ten."

occurs in the bill.

Mr. Coburn moved to amend by striking oat Section 4.

The bill was then ordered to be engrossed for a third read-
ing.
Mr. Constable, Chairman of the Committee on the Ju-
diciary, reported unfavorably,
The bill entitled an Act authorizing and directing the ad-
ministrator of James Shallen, late of Howard county, dec'd,
to pay over the surplus of the estate of the said deceased to
the Board of County Commissioners.
Mr. Donaldson moved to substitute the bill for the unfa-
vorable report.
