or Fermented Liquors shall be sold in said county.
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 48, of an Act of
the General Assembly of Maryland, entitled an Act to amend
the charter of the City of Cumberland, by repealing Section
22, &c., passed at the January Session of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, 1874, chapter 100, also to repeal Section 62
of Article 1, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Allegany County," sub-title "Cumberlaad," and to re-
enact the same with amendment.
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 2 and 8, of the
Act passed. January Session, 1868, to incorporate the Park-
ton and Manchester Railroad Company, and re-enact the same
to read as follows.
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Sharpsburg Say-
ings Institution,
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Con-
solidated Copper Company of Baltimore city, by empowering
said corporation to hold and dispose of land suited to the
purposes of its incorporation.
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Stock Exchange
of the City of Baltimore,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
Mr. Hooper moved to adjourn.
Which was carried.
At 10.45, P. M., the House adjourned till 11, A. M.., to-
morrow.
