The bill entitled an Act to add a Section to Article 65, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Negligence," to en-
able persons injured by negligence to maintain actions in the
several Courts of law in this State.
Mr. Constable moved to amend title, strike out all after the
word "negligence" in title, and insert following thereof "for
the purpose of regulating the proof and effect of negligence
in actions therefor under said Article and at Common Law."

to be engrossed for a third reading and printed.
