A bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Frederick county, to issue additional bonds for the
payment of expenses incurred, and to be insured in erecting
a new jail for Frederick county, and to collect taxes for the
payment of such bonds, and the interest thereon,
Which was read a first time.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 1 and 2, chap.
401, an Act passed January Session, 1874, entitled an Act to
repeal certain Sections therein enumerated of Art. 4, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, and supplement thereto, title
"City of Baltimore," sub-title "Court," substituting others
in lieu thereof, and to re-enact the same so as to read.
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as
