A bill entitled an Act to repeal Seetions 1, of Article 38,
of the Code of Pubiic General Laws, title "Officers Fees,"
and to re-enact the same so far as relates to Dorchester
county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 2, of Article 36, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Estrays and vessels
adrift," so far as the same relates to Dorchester county, and
to re-enact the same with amendments,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a,
third readidg.
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 99, 108, 110, 112
and 113 of Article 20, Public Local Laws, title "Talbot
County," sub-title "Oxford," and re-enact the same with
amendments, also to add additional Sections,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
A bill entitled an Act to provide for an additional Justice
of the Peace for District No. Four, of Charles county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
A bill entitled an Act to prohibit the granting of licenses
for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer,
at or within one mile of the Village of Hereford, in Baltimore
county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
A bill entitled an Act to allow the County Commissioners
of Charles county, to pay Richard Barnes, Sr., the usual per
diein and compensation during the time he was prevented in
1874 and 1875, by sickness from attending as Chief Judge of
the Orphans' Court,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
A bill entitled an Act to provide for an additional consta-
ble in Districts Nos. 2 and 3, Calvert county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engnssed for a
third reading.
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Sub-Section 5 of ch. 94, of
the Acts if the General Assembly of Maryland, paseed at the
January Session, 1872, and entitled an Act to enable or ad-
vise the County Commissioners of Allegany county, under
Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws, enticed "Alle-
gany County," tinder the head of "County Commissipners,"
