amendment:
Section 1, line 4, strike out "15," and insert "4."
Mr. Whitelock then offered the following amendment:
Amend by striking out "15 miles," and insert "5 miles,"
The question being upon the passage of the amendment,
It was rejected.
Mr. Stewart offered the following amendment:
In line 3, after the words "distance of," insert "100
miles,"
