The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal ch. 76 of the Acts
of the General Assembly, passed at the January Session
1874, entitled an Act to locate the county seat of Garrett
county.
Which was read a second time, and
On motion of Mr. Browning,
Was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.
The bill entitled an Act to require the County Commis-
sioners of St. Mary's county to report annually, to the Gradd
Jury of the September Term of the Circuit Court for said
county, a statement of the expenses of the county.
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
A bill entitled an Act to empower the County Commis-
sioners of Baltimore county, to pay to William D. Burns, of
the 4th Election District of said county, an amount of money
to pay physician's fee, and for lost time, in consequence of
injuries received whilst serving under the orders of a Deputy
Sheriff in arresting and securing unruly prisoners,
