On motion of Mr, F en ton,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to in-
troduce a bill providing for the rehearing of the case of Sam'l
Barth vs. Rosenfeld & Co., if in the opinion of the Court it
would tend to do justice between the parties.
On motion of Mr. Loane,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to amend the charter of the Safe Deposit Co.
of Baltimore.
On motion of Mr. Rusk,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to in-
troduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 12 and 13 of
Article LXXV., of the Code of Public General Laws, en-
entitled 'Pleadings, Practice and Process,' sub-title, 'Plead-
ing,' and to re-enact the same with amendments."
On motion of Mr. Rusk,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to in-
troduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 125 of Article
16 of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Chancery,"
sub-title "Sales," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
On motion of Mr. Hodges,
Leave was granted to the Anne Arundel delegation to
introduce a bill to construct a bridge over Severn river, near
Annapolis.
On motion of Mr. Rusk,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to in-
troduce a bill to repeal Section 66 of Article 51 of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Justices of the Peace,' sub-title
"Execution," and to re-enact the same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Mattingly,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to in-
troduce a bill to repeal chapter 272 of the Laws of 18712, entitled
an Act to repeal Sectrons 25 add 26 of Public General Laws
relating to Chancery, &c., and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
On motion of Mr. Hooper
Leave was granted to the Committee on Manufactures to
introduce a bill regulating the hours of labor in ill manu-
facturing establishments.
On motion of Mr. Purnell,
Leave was granted to the Messrs. Purnell, Culey and
Gordy, to introduce a bill to incorporate the Ocean City
Bridge Company" in Worcester county.
