tering the Court House in said county, and re-enact the same
as amended.

consisting of Messrs. Neal, Cockey and Fitzjarrell.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 7, 17, 20 and 22,
of the Acts of 1872, chapter 251, and re-enact the same with
amendments.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Washing-
ton county delegation.
Also, delivered
A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the National Railroad
Company of Maryland.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Corporations.
Also, returned
The bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act, passed at Jan-
uary Session, 1874, chapter 439, entitled an Act to regulate
the issuing of license for the sale of spiriutous and fermented
liquors in this State, so far as the same applies to Frederick,
Cecil and Garrett counties.
Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays.''
The hour having arrived for taking up the order of the day,
The House proceeded to the consideration of,
The bill entitled an Act to provide for the public printing
of the General Assembly of Maryland,
Said bill being upon a second reading.
Mr. Given submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Strike out "4,000 copies of Adjutant General's Report,"
and insert "2,000."
Which was adopted.
Mr. Naill submitted the fojlowing amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Section 1, Strike out the words "twelve thousand five hun-
dred copies of the Governor's Message in English," and in-
sert "ten thousand,"
Which was adopted.
Mr. Naill submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Strikeout the word "sit" before the words "Coimptorller's
Reports," and insert the word "eight,"
