On motion of Mr. Turner,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Pensions to intro-
duce a bill granting a pension to Mary Vasse, widow of John
Vasse, a soldier of the War of 1812.
On motion of Mr. Donaldson,
Leave was granted to Messrs. Donaldson, Clark and Rine-
hart to introduce a bill entitled on Act to repeal and re-enact
as amended Section 6, of chapter 79, of the Acts passed al
January Session, 1874, entitled an Act for the protection of
black bass and all other fish in'the Patapsco river, above tide
water.
On motion of Mr. Rinehart,
Leave was granted to the Carroll delegation to introduce a
bill, directing the payment of the Academic and High School
Fund of Carroll county, to the Western Maryland College ia
Carroll county.
On motion of Mr. Culbreth,
Leave was granted to Messrs. Culbreth, Goldsborough and
Fitzjarrell to introduce a bill to repeal Sections 82, 83, 84 .
and 85, Article 6, Public Local Laws for Caroline county,
sub-titled "Fences," and to enact instead a law to prevent
stock from running at large in said county, in the 1st Elec-
tion or Henderson district.

Leave was granted to the Baltimore city delegation to in-
troduce a bill to add a new Section to Article 4, Code Public
Local Laws, to known as Section 786 A.
