The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Cumberland Cast
Steel Manufacturing Company to issue coupon bonds and se-
cure the payment thereof,
Being upon a second reading,
Mr. Scott submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Strike out the name of "John B. H. Campbell," and in-
sert the name of "John Humbird."
Which was adopted.
And the bill, as amended, was then read a second time and
ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act, passed at
the January Session, 1874, chapter 506, entitled an Act for
the taxation of dogs in the State of Maryland, so far as the
same relates to Garrett county.
