and passed the January Session of 1868, chapter 471,

Section 469, line 23, strike out the word "fifty" and in-
sert "twenty-five."

the people in Election! District number 9, of Garrett county,
for or against annexation to Allegany county at the election
for Congress, to be held in the fall of 1876.
