The Senate bill entitled an Act to extend and add a sup-
plement to an Act to incorporate the Merchants and Miners
Transportation Company, passed at January Session, 1852,
chapter 153, and to extend and add supplement to an Act
entitled a supplement to an Act to incorporate the Merchants
and Miners Transportation Company, passed at January Ses-
sion, 1852, chapter 153, passed at the January Session, 1868,
chapter 130.
Which was read a second time.
On motion of Mr. Stewart,
The vote by which the bill entitled an Act to regulate the
sale of Fire Wood in the City of Baltimore, for the batter
protection of the produce dealer and consumer,
Was lost for want of a Constitutional majority,
Was reconsidered.
