sage:

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:
We respectfully propose with tile concurrence of your
Honorable Body, to proceed to the election of State Treasurer
at 1 o'clock to-day.

Mr. McGlone submitted the following message:
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
January 14th, 1876.
Gentlemen of the Senate:
We have received your message, proposing to proceed to
the election of State Treasurer to-day, at one o'clock, find re-
spectfully concur therein.
We have appointed Messrs. Constable and Naill, tellers,
on the part of this House to receive the ballots.
