Mr. Rutledge3 Chairman of the Committee on the Library,
reported,
The Senate bill entitled an Act authorizing and directing
the State Librarian to furnish from the State Library for the
use of the Circuit Court for Wicomico county a full set of the
decisions of the Court of Appeals, and of the Acts of Assem-
bly and other books, with proposed amendments.
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Section 1, line 3, strike out the words "a full ewt of,"
line 5, after word "Appeals," insert "from year 1851 to,"
and strike out word "before" in same line; lines 6 Md 7 of
Section 1, strike out words "Evans' Practice, Barroll's
Chancery Practice, Bland's Chancery Reports."
The several amendments were adopted, and the bill, as
amended, read a second time.
