The bi.l entitled an Act to amend Section 135, of Article
12, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Harford County,"
sub-title "Sheriff," as amended by chapter 24, Act of 1874.
Being upon a second reading,
Mr. Boyle submitted the following amendment:

Which was adopted.
And the bill as amended, was then read a second time, and
ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Neal, (the rules being suspended by unanimous con-
sent,) submitted the following order:

setting of pound nets in the waters of the Elk, Sassafras and
Bohemia Rivers, and their tributaries, in Cecil county.

The bill entitled an Act to amend an Act of January Ses-
sion, 1867, chapter 237, entitled an Act to incorporate the
Beneficial Savings Fund Society of Baltimore, by changing
its name.
